In 2015, my wife inspired me to lace up for my first trail run, and I was hooked. After competing in jiu-jitsu and soccer into my mid-30s, I shifted to trail running, road races, and strength training, finding freedom in nature’s paths. From racing local 5Ks to exploring rugged trails in Northern Virginia, like those in Shenandoah National Park, I’ve learned what it takes to thrive outdoors. Now, I love helping beginners find that same joy, crafting tailored plans to build confidence, strength, and speed.
As a certified personal trainer since 2017, I blend trail running know-how with strength training to create sustainable, goal-driven programs. My coaching philosophy?
